Refund Policy

 

Travmax Holidays offers a refund and/or exchange of travel Products within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Only regular-priced Travel Products may be refunded, Travel Products sold on sale cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only exchange Travel Products within 30 days of your purchase and only when the travel/hotel/package/transfer/sightseeing bookings have not been done. If the bookings are done then the applicable cancellation fee has to be paid as per the cancellation policy of the particular product/package/booking. In case of an exchange being allowed the price difference plus the cancellation amount needs to be paid. Exempt Goods

The following are exempt from refunds/cancellations:

  • Gift cards
  • Travel Products on Sale

 

 

 

Once your refund application is submitted by Email: info@travmaxholidays.com, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received a refund application. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
